To support our growth, our dynamic e-commerce company is currently seeking professional Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our outstanding customer service team in our downtown Belgrade office.

As our new team member, you will be working on our 3 leading brands within the Home & Living category, and be involved in transforming our online web-shops into industry leaders in the United States, Australia, UK and across Europe. We sell furniture online and the ideal applicant will turn a customer's request into a sales opportunity. Our communication channels are LiveChat, emails and phone.

What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Maintain stellar communication with clients by phone, email, or LiveChat;

  • Turn a conversation into a positive experience and support customers to buy;

  • Assist our website visitors, handle and promptly address customer inquiries;

  • Transform the potentially unfavorable circumstances into favorable ones by paying attention, exhibiting empathy and knowledge and finding a solution that will benefit the customer and the business;

  • Increase customer satisfaction and the Trustpilot rating for our brands;

  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery to our clients;

  • Help clients track shipments of their parcels and update them on request;

  • Handle B2B inquiries and ensure that all business clients receive timely and accurate support;

  • Follow up on inquiries and delayed payments;

  • Serve as a key point of connection between customers and our accounting department, managing tasks such as issuing invoices and coordinating refund requests;

  • Notify your supervisor or the relevant department of any issues you find;

  • Help customers through the shopping process to make sure they have a smooth shopping experience.

Job requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Proficiency in English and confidence in using your language skills over the phone and in emails;

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service-related positions with bonus points for the sales- related roles, enthusiasm and drive to take it to the next level;

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, positive mindset and hands- on approach;

  • Proactivity and prioritisation: get the things done attitude, ready to step in and help;

  • Great soft skills, especially communication, patience and empathy;

  • Resilience: coping well with pressure, open to receiving and adapting to feedback;

  • Multitasking: adjusting to different situations in a limited amount of time;

  • Accountability: able to manage tasks responsibly while working closely with supervisors and following established guidance;

  • Ability to pick things up quickly, adapt and apply new knowledge, follow and execute defined processes and procedures;

  • Elaborate computer skills to comfortably navigate across different systems;

  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) not as a replacement, but as a supportive resource to elevate the quality and efficiency of customer interactions;

  • This role is centred around evening/ night shifts, helping us be there for our customers when they need us most. While evenings are the core schedule, we appreciate a bit of flexibility to support other shifts when the business needs it.
