Junior Logistic Fulfilment Associate | Belgrade

As part of our global growth, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Fulfilment Associate to support our logistics operations. This role is based in our Belgrade office and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

This is an entry-level to early-career role, ideal for someone who wants to learn logistics and operations in a complex international e-commerce environment. You will work closely with senior team members, supporting daily execution, learning established processes, and gradually taking on more responsibility over time.

Working from our Belgrade hub, you will support day-to-day logistics activities, including:

• Assist with preparing shipping lists and order documentation under guidance

• Support order processing and shipment preparation to help ensure timely dispatch

• Help check and update stock levels across different locations

• Assist with validating supplier, courier, and partner invoices

• Support the preparation and submission of customs documentation for non-EU shipments

• Communicate with couriers and warehouses regarding routine operational topics

• Support warehouse operations and customer service teams with daily logistics-related tasks

• Follow existing logistics protocols and procedures carefully and flag any inconsistencies or issues

• Use internal tools, spreadsheets, and basic AI-supported tools (where applicable) to help with reporting, data checks, and operational efficiency

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) — nice to have

• Initial exposure to logistics, fulfillment, operations, or supply chain (academic, internship, or entry-level experience is an advantage)

• Comfort working with numbers and basic spreadsheets (Excel or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and platforms

• Basic problem-solving skills and readiness to ask questions when unsure

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
