Product Developer (Furniture): Analyse top-selling furniture, collaborate with manufacturers, optimise cost and quality, and help scale a global e-commerce brand toward €100m+.

Job description

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we sell through localized e-commerce platforms across the US, UK, EU, and other global markets.

We are currently transitioning from a founder-led, high-growth business into a scaled international group, with a clear objective of reaching €100m+ annual revenue by 2026.

This role is being hired early in that journey, product decisions made today will scale globally and materially impact revenue. What started as a lean, entrepreneurial operation is now evolving into a structured, multi-market organisation.

This means:

• Product processes are being built now, not inherited

• Competitive analysis and speed matter more than theoretical perfection

• Strong performers will have real influence on product direction, margins, and supplier strategy

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, execution-focused environments, where commercial outcomes matter as much as design sensibility.

We are looking for an experienced Product Developer (Furniture) to join our growing product team, based in Barcelona. This is not a pure “designer” role. Instead, the focus is on commercial product development, including:

  • Analysing competitors and best-selling products

  • Translating proven market demand into scalable product ranges

  • Working closely with factories to deliver similar or improved products at better cost, packaging, and logistics efficiency

You will work closely with our product development team in Belgrade, ensuring alignment across markets, pricing, quality, and execution.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with or for Kave Home or similar Barcelona-based furniture brands, retailers, or manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyse competitor products across the home & living category

• Identify best-selling SKUs, price points, materials, finishes, and packaging approaches

• Work with factories to develop similar or improved products (cost, quality, logistics)

• Manage product briefs, specifications, and iterations with suppliers

• Coordinate closely with the Belgrade-based product development team

• Support margin optimisation through packaging, material, and freight improvements

• Ensure products are commercially viable across multiple international markets

• Contribute to building scalable product development processes as the business grows

Job requirements

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

This role is for you if you:

  • Are commercially minded and data-driven

  • Enjoy analysing competitors and market performance

  • Understand how factories work and how products are costed

  • Care about margins, logistics, and execution

This role is not for you if you:

  • Only want to create original, artistic designs from scratch

  • Prefer concept work without responsibility for cost or scalability

  • Are uncomfortable working with competitor benchmarking as input

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in furniture product development, sourcing, or buying

  • Experience with furniture brands, retailers, or manufacturers (home & living)

  • Strong understanding of materials, construction, and packaging

  • Commercial mindset with strong cost awareness

  • Experience working with overseas factories (China or similar)

  • Comfortable collaborating across international teams

  • Fluency in English

Experience with Kave Home or similar brands is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary aligned with seniority and experience

  • A key role in a business scaling toward €100m+ revenue

  • High level of ownership and influence over product direction

  • International exposure across multiple global markets

  • Structured office setup (Mon–Thu in Modern WeWork office, Fri remote)

  • Close collaboration with experienced teams in Belgrade and London

  • Long-term growth and leadership opportunities as the group scales

How to Apply

If you are motivated by commercial product success, enjoy working in fast-growing environments, and want to help build a global furniture brand at scale, we would love to hear from you.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
