Project Manager for the Design Team | Belgrade

ennovationHUB is a dynamic e-commerce company in the home and living niche, currently expanding rapidly and preparing for significant international scale. As part of this next chapter, we’re looking for an AI-driven Project Manager for our Design Team to join our Belgrade team and contribute to our ambitious growth plans. You will act as a cohesive element between the design team and other departments, making sure priorities are aligned, action points are clear, and execution stays on track—while constantly improving the work through better workflows, communication, and smart use of AI.

What you will be doing

• Proactively plan, assign, follow up and sign off the completed project

• Deliver strong and clear action points to the team, taking in consideration their area of expertise and workload, negotiate the execution and offer help with prioritization where needed

• Create a clear workflow in ClickUp to keep projects tidy and manageable

• Act as a cohesive element between different departments and the design team (marketing, digital, operations), develop strong relationship with the design, but also other teams

• Demonstrate resourcefulness to supply incomplete information, provide assistance with a hands-on approach

• Spot bottlenecks early, put in reasonable resources to overcome them, and escalate when needed

• Ensure work is aligned with the bigger picture: business priorities, goals, and expected outcomes

We expect you to

• Have experience working with cross-functional teams (preferably in e-commerce or a different dynamic environment; ideally small to medium-sized companies)

• Come with a university degree or appropriate work experience

• Be an enabler who keeps the wheels turning and exceeds expected outcomes (not a manager who bosses people around)

• Understand there is more to a project than the execution

• Be a great communicator who gets the message not only delivered but understood—within context and aligned with business priorities

• Use AI to upskill, speed up and optimize your work—not outsource it

• Have an eye for detail—bonus points if you have experience in design or e-commerce

• Be eager to grow and be challenged every day

• Work from the office in downtown Belgrade Monday–Thursday, with the possibility to work remotely on Fridays
