Senior Logistics Operations Specialist | Belgrade

As part of our global growth, we are looking for a Senior Logistics Fulfilment Associate to take active ownership of our logistics operations. This role is based in our Belgrade office and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants to be deeply involved in day-to-day logistics while also building structure, improving processes, and ensuring standards are followed. This is a vital hire for the company’s success, with direct responsibility for on-time shipping, cost control, operational accuracy, and issue prevention across multiple markets.

Working from our Belgrade hub, you will take responsibility for the full execution and coordination of logistics activities, including:

• Own on-time shipment execution, ensuring orders are correctly prepared, optimized, shipped, and delivered according to agreed timelines and business requirements.

• Create, document, and improve logistics protocols and ensure they are consistently followed across teams and partners

• Actively monitor operations to spot risks, delays, or inefficiencies, and take immediate action to resolve issues before they escalate

• Delegate tasks clearly to relevant teams and partners, track execution, and ensure work is completed according to protocol

• Prepare, review, and validate shipping lists and order documentation for customer orders

• Oversee and adjust stock levels across multiple warehouses and locations, ensuring data accuracy and availability

• Validate supplier, courier, and partner invoices, ensuring costs are correct and within budget

• Maintain tight budget control, identify cost-saving opportunities, and flag deviations early

• Coordinate and submit customs documentation for non-EU shipments

• Act as a key point of contact with couriers, warehouses, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day cooperation

• Support and align with warehouse operations and customer service teams, ensuring logistics execution supports customer experience

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, issue detection, and operational efficiency

About you:

• Bachelor's degree- nice to have;

• 3+ years of work experience in high intensity environment;

• Practical, hands-on experience in logistics and fulfillment operations is required.

• Good with numbers (with basic XLS or spreadsheet knowledge);

• Adaptable to new software and platforms;

• Problem solving and planning skills, as well as attention to detail;

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
